Structural Description of Pipe-forming Roller Bracket with Adjustment Structure
1、此种结构来自德国KOCH,将日本传统的单折弯板支架形式改成了分体式,托辊轴两端螺钉连接两折弯板支架,两折弯板支架又通过螺栓连接。
1. This kind of structure comes from KOCH, Germany. The traditional Japanese single-bending plate bracket is changed into split type. The two ends of the roller shaft are screwed to connect two bending plate brackets, and the two bending plate brackets are connected by bolts.
2、托辊与支架的连接方式改传统的卡口式为端部开轴孔螺钉连接,螺钉连接处采用防松垫片处理。

3、大支架在与小支架螺栓连接处开腰圆孔,托辊扭转调整时,首先松开两支架连接处的螺母,然后敲击移动小支架位置,调整到位后拧紧连接螺母即可。

4、此种结构有两个最大的好处,一是调整方便,可以在不停机的情况下调整胶带的扭转;二是托辊更换方便,松开轴端部螺钉连接,沿输送方向平行取出更换即可。
